Shipping and Returns

Draft shipping, return, and refund policy for Indonesian fashion ecommerce. Final wording should be reviewed before launch.

Shipping Coverage

Kirei Sol ships from the configured store origin through the approved courier quote provider. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown during checkout when provider credentials are configured.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed server-side. Standard processing is targeted within 1-3 business days, excluding preorder, made-to-order, public holiday, or operational delay notes shown on the product or order.

Tracking

The admin team enters the resi/tracking number manually for Phase 1. Customers can view order status from their account or guest order lookup after tracking has been added.

Returns And Exchanges

Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days after delivery for unused items with original condition, labels, and packaging. Final eligibility depends on product type, condition, and proof of purchase. Draft copy for owner/legal review.
